Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to join our clinics in Singapore. You will manage front desk inquiries, process cashiering, and provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Candidates with at least 1 year of clinic experience and familiarity with Plato software will have an advantage. The role involves rotating locations between Parkway East Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Orchard as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

• Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm
• Saturday 830am - 1pm
• Location (rotating): Parkway East Hospital (Mainly), rotate to Mount E Orchard when required
• $2000 - $3300 (depend on exp)
