Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to join our clinics in Singapore. You will manage front desk inquiries, cashiering, and provide essential administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Employees work on a rotating location schedule, with hours typically Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm and Saturday 8:30am–1pm, supporting top-tier patient care across sites including Parkway East Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Orchard when required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Plato software experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

• $2000 - $3300 (depend on exp)
