This team is responsible for setting third-party (3P) Partners and Agency go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products.
We represent our 3P ecosystem to advocate for product requirements and ensure teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers' business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.
In this role, you will build strategy and go-to-market infrastructure that enables our sales teams to capture the full value of YouTube, with a strong focus on creator marketing via IMAs. You will be responsible for shaping priorities, commercializing the next generation of YT/creator-focused Ads products, and driving growth through the strategic enablement of our agency partners.
You will have strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and be a great communicator and manager of cross-functional programs. You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about setting GTM strategy, succeed at building scalable ecosystems, and have a pragmatic sense of how to equip teams and partners to drive product adoption at scale. You will supercharge our 3P ecosystem on YouTube by ensuring flawless execution against our desired business outcomes.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.
