Yellow Ribbon is seeking a dedicated mentor to provide behavioural support to at-risk youths aged 12-18, promoting positive engagement and reintegration into school.

You will manage discipline by conducting school patrols, investigations, detention and reflection sessions, and facilitate activities that develop emotional regulation and conflict-resolution skills. Collaborating with teachers to tailor interventions, you will maintain detailed case records and report on engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Work, or related Social Science field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience working with youths aged 12-18 in schools, residential homes, or community centres
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Relevant youth support certifications preferred
• Strong communication, mentoring, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and able to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally

Job Summary

Other Information

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM


• Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM


• Lunch Break: 1 hour (Monday to Thursday)
