Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting check-ins, implementing targeted interventions, and working with Year Heads, School Counsellors, and staff to monitor progress and report outcomes to parents and school

Qualifications

• Three years of direct experience working with children/youths at-risk.
• A degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, ECE, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Programme management and implementation of UPLIFT programmes with vendors.
• Provide individual and group student support across year levels.
• Collaborate with Year Heads, School Counsellors, Form Teachers and programme providers; report progress to parents and school leaders.
