Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a counsellor to support youths aged 12–18 within school, residential, or community settings on a fixed contract from 1 January 2027 to 29 October 2027.

The role covers counselling work, professional development of teachers, and equipping peer supporters to respond to adolescent issues. The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Work, or related field, with at least three years of counselling experience

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Work, or related Social Science field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of counselling experience working with youths (12–18) in a school, residential home, or community center
• Soft Skills: High EmotionalIntelligence; Communication; Resilience
• Disposition: Patient; Team player; Compassionate
• Computer Literacy: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook, etc

Responsibilities
