Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification required.
• Experience engaging or supporting children/youth preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and provide developmental guidance to students.

Responsibilities

• Provide UPLIFT mentoring on attendance, motivation, behaviour and personal concerns.
• Identify students needing support and implement interventions.
• Plan and facilitate programmes covering academic support, life skills and enrichment; manage materials, logistics and records.
• Liaise with parents and stakeholders; participate in team case meetings.
• Maintain confidential attendance, progress and case records; prepare reports and provide feedback.
• Perform other related duties.
