Job summary

HA Academy, established in 1995, focuses on youth development training and skill-building for students preparing for future challenges. We seek a Youth Development Executive to partner with school leaders and craft learning journeys that drive growth and confidence in young people.

You will lead strategic partnerships, consult educators to identify needs, co-create interventions, and evaluate outcomes to strengthen youth development across diverse venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in education, psychology, business, or communications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to diagnose needs and propose practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop school partnerships by identifying collaboration opportunities and presenting learning solutions.
• Consult with educators and school leaders to diagnose developmental needs and co-create strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure programmes are impactful and aligned with goals.
• Evaluate outcomes from feedback and reports to refine approaches.
• Support product innovation by monitoring trends and contributing ideas for new services.
• Manage training operations including scheduling, logistics, and inventory.
• Achieve sales and client success by nurturing relationships with schools and vendors.
