Job summary

Calvary Community Care is seeking a Programme Manager (Youth) to lead the design and delivery of youth initiatives, including GEAR-UP in schools, with a focus on social-emotional competencies. • Conceptualise, plan and customise youth programmes (e.g., GEAR-UP) in schools.
• Develop life-skills and mentoring programmes.
• Supervise a team of youth workers.
