Job summary

ry sin pte. ltd. seeks a Curriculum & Training Manager to design, structure, and deliver accredited YTT certifications, CPD modules, and workshops. You will lead core cohorts, mentor trainees, and coordinate practical assessments, graduations, and faculty briefings.

You will also manage guest lecturers, ensure compliance with Yoga Alliance standards, and collaborate with marketing and admissions to set schedules and targets. Strong instructional design and LMS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance or equivalent.
• YACEP eligibility or certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience leading accredited YTT programs.
• Strong instructional design and teaching rubrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design & Accreditation: develop syllabi, manuals, and materials for 200/300/500-hour trainings.
• Training Delivery & Cohort Facilitation: lead core cohorts, give feedback, coordinate practice-teaching.
• Faculty & Guest Lecturer Management: onboard speakers and ensure quality across mentors.
• Program Operations & Commercial Coordination: align schedules, hosting info sessions, and gather feedback.
