Job summary

RY FITNESS PTE. LTD. seeks a Curriculum & Training Manager to design, structure, and implement our accredited Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certifications and ongoing educational programs. You will lead curriculum development, alignment with Yoga Alliance standards, and practical assessments.

You will also oversee teaching cohorts, mentor instructors, and coordinate with marketing and admissions to ensure timely launches and high completion rates across multi-format trainings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading accredited YTT programs
• Experience in instructional design and rubrics
• Proven track record of engaging workshops
• Familiarity with Yoga Alliance standards

Responsibilities

• Design and update curricula and certifications
• Lead core YTT cohorts and provide feedback
• Manage guest lecturers and faculty briefings
