Ry Fitness in Singapore is seeking a Curriculum & Training Manager to design, structure, and deliver accredited Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certifications, YACEP continuing education, and workshops. The role blends curriculum design, faculty leadership, and hands-on instruction to raise training standards.

Qualifications

• Certifications & Credentials: E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance or equivalent internationally recognized credential.
• YACEP eligibility or certification preferred.
• Formal certifications in related disciplines (e.g., Applied Biomechanics, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Sound healing, or Pilates) a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Curriculum Design & Accreditation for 200/300/500-Hour programs and CPD modules.
• Deliver Training as Lead Trainer for core YTT cohorts; mentor trainees.
• Manage guest lecturers and maintain teaching quality across cohorts.
• Coordinate program operations with marketing/admissions for schedules and milestones.
