Job summary

5 DAY WORK WEEK (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
What You’ll Do:
  • Develop, support, and carry out approved training programs and activities.
  • Maintain clients’ safety, hygiene, and overall well‑being at all times.
  • Assist clients in acquiring and sustaining daily living skills, community integration skills, and positive social behaviors.
  • Perform ongoing assessments, training, and evaluations to support clients’ comprehensive development.
  • Keep detailed and accurate client documentation, such as attendance records, progress notes, behavior observation charts, incident logs, individual care plans, and communication with caregivers.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers to enhance each client’s growth and progress.
  • Observe and report on clients’ physical and mental health, raising concerns when necessary.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery consistent with the organisation’s goals.
  • Take part in organisational events, fundraising efforts, and volunteer activities and other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels (relevant certifications or training in disability care or special education is a plus).
  • Responsible, patient, and empathetic, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prior experience in disability services, social care, or special‑needs education is a plus.
