Job summary

Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd is hiring a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in Singapore. Basic salary ranges SGD 8,000–10,000 monthly. The role operates Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturday half-days, at Tuas Basin Lane.

You will lead WSH and fire safety compliance, manage CERT, and drive ISO 45001 and bizSAFE initiatives. The incumbent must hold MOM-registered WSHO status, complete an SCDF FSM course with FSM registration, and possess 2–3 years of

Qualifications

Must hold MOM-registered WSHO status.
SCDF-approved FSM course completed and registered.
2–3 years’ safety experience in relevant industries.
Familiar with ISO 45001 and WSH regulation.

Responsibilities

Act as the appointed WSHO and FSM to ensure compliance with Singapore WSH, fire safety and EHS regulations.
Manage the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and oversee emergency preparedness, response plans and fire safety requirements.
Develop, review and implement risk assessments, safe work procedures, method statements and PTW systems.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, training, emergency drills and incident investigations.
Monitor EHS compliance, maintain safety documentation and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Advise management and site personnel on workplace safety, fire safety and environmental matters.
Liaise with MOM, SCDF and other authorities on regulatory compliance, reporting, licensing and certification requirements.
Coordinate ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety management.
Prepare monthly EHS reports and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
