is seeking an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in Tuas, Singapore, to oversee safety programs, fire safety management and regulatory compliance under Singapore's EHS laws. The role requires MOM-registered WSHO status, at least 2 years of relevant safety experience across construction, manufacturing, marine, logistics or oil & gas, and a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.

Qualifications

• Must be MOM-registered as Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, ISO 45001 and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace safety, EHS compliance and fire safety initiatives.
• Lead and manage CERT (Company Emergency Response Team).
• Develop risk assessments, safe work procedures and permit‑to‑work systems.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, training, drills and incident investigations.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous EHS improvements.
• Coordinate with authorities on permits, licenses and submissions.
• Support ISO 45001 and bizSAFE audits and maintain safety documentation.
