VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) / Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to oversee safety, health and environmental compliance on construction projects in Singapore.

You will ensure statutory compliance, implement HSE management systems, conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement across sites. Candidates must be MOM-registered WSHO and NEA-registered ECO with 5+ years of relevant

Qualifications

MOM WSHO registration is required.
NEA ECO registration is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction.
Strong knowledge of WSH and environmental regulations.
Experience with risk assessment and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

Perform MOM-registered WSHO and NEA-registered ECO duties in accordance with regulations.
Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, and company policies.
Implement and manage project-specific HSE management systems.
Develop Safety & Environmental Programs including SECP submission.
Conduct routine site safety and environmental inspections and audits.
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Review WSHMS, risk assessments, environmental reports, and procedures.
Lead incident investigations and implement preventive actions.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training.
Coordinate EPRP, drills, and maintenance of emergency equipment.
Ensure PTW systems are properly implemented and maintained.
Liaise with project teams, authorities, and clients on HSE matters.
Advise management on safety performance and continuous improvement.
Maintain HSE documentation and submit statutory reports.
Prepare HSE performance reports and data analytics.
