Job summary

Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Officer to develop and implement safety policies in accordance with WSH regulations across Singapore. You will lead inspections, risk assessments and safety audits on sites islandwide.

You must be MOM-registered as a WSHO with at least five years in construction, experience with confined spaces and PUB projects, and willingness to work night shifts when required. A valid vehicle is required for site duties.

Qualifications

• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in confined space work and PUB projects is required.
• Willing to work night shifts when required.
• Possess own vehicle for work-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with WSH regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and equipment checks.
• Lead workplace accident investigations and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and safety training for site personnel.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and other WSH-related activities.
• Maintain safety records, reports, documentation and other administrative matters.
