Job summary

WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a WSHE Officer to lead and maintain a safe workplace and culture. The role covers duties under the WSH Act, organising training, and maintaining compliance across site activities.

The ideal candidate has specialist WSHE qualifications, 5 years in construction, and registered MOM WSHO and NEA Environmental Officer credentials. PPVC exposure is preferable and will be valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Education: Specialist Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment as per MOM’s WSH qualifications.
• Experience: 5 years in construction and 3 years as WSHE Officer post registration.
• PPVC experience preferable.
• Registrations: WSHO (MOM) and Environmental Control Officer (NEA).
• Certifications in safety disciplines highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Discharge duties as per WSH Act and related regulations.
• Implement and maintain WSHE management procedures and records.
• Assist WSHE committee chair and act as secretary; guide committee members.
• Conduct WSHE inspections and produce reports with follow-ups.
• Organize and deliver WSHE training to all employees.
• Investigate incidents and incidents; develop preventive measures.
