Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator for construction projects. You will implement EHS management, conduct daily WSH inspections of machinery and sites, and ensure compliance with WSH Act and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports, risk assessments, safe work procedures, permits to work, training, audits, incident investigation, and coordinating with project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction.
• Proficient in WSH Act compliance and EHS management.
• Experience in risk assessments and permit-to-work processes.

Job Description

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

Job Requirement

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• A team player with and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 2years' experience in construction.
