Job summary

W'RAY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent EHS professional to join the Risk Management Team. You will conduct regular site safety checks, deliver EHS training, and ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety, Health, and Environment Management System.

You will supervise site activities, maintain records of inspections, and prepare safety reports while coordinating with WSH officials, management, and subcontractors to uphold safety standards on all projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Involve in Risk Management Team.
• Conduct EHS training and tool-box meetings.
• Conduct regular site checks and take corrective actions.
• Compile reports and carry out daily safety inspection.
• Prepare safety reports as requested.
• Supervise site work and ensure lifting gears and electrical equipment are inspected and records up to date.
• Assist in implementing rules for in-house workers' dormitory.
• Maintain daily relationships with WSH team, line management and subcontractors regarding compliance with safety provisions.
• Assist in investigations of accidents/incidents and prepare monthly safety report.
• Responsible for all site matters including safety and other duties.
• Perform duties per Workplace Safety, Health, and Environment Management System.

Job description

• Prepare necessary safety report as requested.
• Supervising and checking site work. Ensure all lifting gears, appliances, electrical equipment are inspected and records are up to date.
• To assist in implement rules and regulations for in house worker’s dormitory.
• Maintain a daily working relationship with the WSH team and with line management and supervision and subcontractors relative to their compliance with the provisions of the WSH and regulatory requirements.
• To assist in the investigation accident / incidents. Prepare monthly safety report.
• Responsibility for all the site matters including safety and other matters.
• Perform duties in accordance to the roles and responsibility as stated in the Workplace Safety, Health, and Environment Management System.
• Any other duties assigned.
