Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.

is seeking a dedicated Workplace Safety and Health officer to monitor and enforce safety practices across construction sites in Singapore, ensuring full compliance with WSH regulations and project requirements. You will conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments, review SWP and permit-to-work for high-risk activities, deliver toolbox talks and WSH training, investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement preventive measures; and liaise

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or relevant qualification in Workplace Safety and Health, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.

• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, WSH training and safety campaigns to promote safety awareness and safe work practices among workers and contractors.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents and near misses, identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and relevant authorities on WSH matters, while maintaining safety records, inspection reports, incident reports and other required documentation.
