SATO KOGYO (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified Safety Officer (WSHO) to lead safety programs on site. You will ensure compliance with the WSH Act and company policy, conduct risk assessments, and prepare weekly safety reports.

The ideal candidate holds MOM registration as Safety Officer, a Diploma in Building/Civil/Structural Eng, and at least 8 years of WSHO/WSHC experience in Singapore. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Strong ability to identify and mitigate safety risks

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and implement Safety Program on site
• Ensure all work practices comply with WSH Act and company safety policy
• Advise on work plans, risk assessments, and safe work procedures
• Identify problems and provide practical solutions
• Lead colleagues to foster a safe work culture
• Compile reports and carry out daily safety inspections
• Submit weekly safety reports to management and clients
• Participate in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audits
• Perform other EHS duties as assigned by Project Manager

Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore).

Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).

Minimum Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering.

Minimum 8 years’ experience as WSHO / WSHC in Singapore.

Report to the Project Manager.

• Responsibilities include:-
• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program;
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH Act;
• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures;
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions;
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture;
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection;
• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients;
• Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit, and
• Other EHS duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. Basic salary: S$4,000.00 to S$8,500.00, plus allowances.
