Qualifications

• Minimum of a marine or mechanical engineering degree or diploma.
• At least five years of experience in marine, offshore, or power generation industries.
• Familiarity with two- and four-stroke diesel engines and high-speed engines.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to technicians testing multi-way valves.
• Supervise examination and troubleshooting of valves and HPS pumps.
• Oversee multi-way valve testing procedures ensuring quality guidelines are followed.
• Assist manager with subcontractor and supplier interactions.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
• Implement quality assurance procedures for FIVA component testing.
• Identify and improve testing processes for efficiency.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to industry standards.
