Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work with Workshop GM, Planners, and Quality teams to manage materials, job orders, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and organize daily activities to ensure production runs on time and meets quality requirements.
• Lead and coach chargehands and technicians to improve their technical abilities and performance.
• Promote and enforce safety norms, cleanliness standards, and PPE compliance in the workshop.
• Monitor and inspect job progress to verify it complies with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical information and help to overcome routine issues that arise during repair, overhaul, and assembly operations.
