The ideal candidate has a diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in the marine industry or with engine makers. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Marine Industry or with Engine Makers.
• Possess a Seaman book with sailing experience on electronic controlled engines.
• Knowledge of servicing new generation engines.

• Develop and execute training plans for the team.
