A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Manager (Engines) to oversee service operations and team development for new generation engines. You will manage repairs, inspections, and establish workshop facilities while enhancing technical competencies of the team. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in the marine industry or with engine makers. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Marine Industry or with Engine Makers.
• Possess a Seaman book with sailing experience on electronic controlled engines.
• Knowledge of servicing new generation engines.

• Manage and supervise subordinates with a positive attitude.
• Develop and execute training plans for the team.
• Establish workshop facilities for service and testing.
• Assist with inspection and repair of diesel engines.
