Job summary

Premier Building Contractors PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead both in-house workshop operations and on-site construction activities, ensuring work is safe, efficient and aligned with project requirements and schedules.

You will provide strong leadership, coordinate workflows, interpret construction drawings, manage safety compliance, and communicate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction, fabrication, or site supervision.
• Good leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand construction drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
• Willingness to work both in the workshop and at external project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations and assign tasks to workers.
• Coordinate fabrication, assembly, repair, and other construction-related works.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and progress.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly managed and maintained.
• Check completed works meet quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Coordinate material preparation and delivery arrangements for project sites.
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and installation works at project sites.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Check site measurements, drawings, and work requirements before commencing work.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety rules and PPE.
• Monitor the quality of completed works and arrange rectification where necessary.
• Report site progress, delays, and operational issues to management.
• Maintain records of daily work activities, manpower, and project progress.
• Assist in coordinating work schedules, deliveries, and project completion.
