Job summary

D+S BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee all on-site construction activities, lead diverse teams, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects. You will manage documentation and coordinate with clients in multiple languages to maintain clear communication.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience in construction, ability to work a 6-day week with shift rotations, and strong proficiency in MS Office for reporting and records management.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of construction industry experience with supervisory track record.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese for reporting and client coordination.
• Willingness to work a 6-day week and to undertake shift rotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors to meet the master project schedule.
• Supervise and lead a diverse team by scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and managing performance.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage project documentation including daily site reports, material requisitions, and safety logs.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to verify workmanship meets specifications.
• Report progress and coordinate with clients and stakeholders in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
• Utilize MS Office to organize and manage digital project documentation.
• Adapt to a 6-day work week and shift rotations as required by project schedules.
• Apply problem-solving to identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Demonstrate resilience and communicate effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
