Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited is seeking a Workshop Coordinator to be the direct liaison among workshop, customers and suppliers in Singapore. You will coordinate with Operations, Rental and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations and adherence to SOPs.

The role involves handling customer requests, scheduling, data entry, and invoicing while maintaining ERP/CRM records. A bilingual English-Mandarin speaker with multitasking ability and a positive team attitude is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart.
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and positive working attitude
• A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
• 5.5 Working Days

Responsibilities

• Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
• Coordination between workshop and other department (i.e., Operations Dept, Rental dept & others)
• Support the workshop day-to-day operation
• Ensuring workshop operation follow the company SOP closely
• Handle customer request and issue work order
• Handle customer feedback and coordination work
• In charge of appointment booking and scheduling of job
• Handling of incoming call and outgoing call, including email
• Carry out data entry, document filing and organization
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners
• Issuing quotation, invoice, cheque
• Collecting payment from customer
• Updating of Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems record
