Job summary

Sin Kian Wah Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Workshop Assistant to support busy vehicle service operations. You will schedule and coordinate repair jobs, attend to customer enquiries, and keep customers updated on progress.

You will work closely with mechanics and the Workshop Manager, prepare quotations and invoices, and help maintain accurate service records. A Mandarin requirement and willingness to learn are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy for admin tasks and record-keeping.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, DOs and POs.
• Update job and service records.
• Check and record spare parts used.
• Pick parts for the workshop when required.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdown repairs when needed.
• Handle other duties assigned by the Workshop Manager.
