Job summary

HSING LOONG MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Professional to implement and monitor the WSH Management System across project sites. You will conduct regular safety inspections, review RA/SWP/PTW systems, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and client requirements.

You will lead safety briefings, investigations of incidents, and drive a positive safety culture while maintaining records and supporting audits and emergency readiness at Jurong Island project sites.

Qualifications

• WSQ Certification in Workplace Safety and Health or BSCC or equivalent required.
• Preferably 6 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, risk management and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at project sites located in Jurong Island.
• Own transport to travel to project sites and work locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management System and safety programmes.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify hazards and ensure appropriate risk control measures are implemented.
• Review and monitor Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH requirements, company policies and client requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings and WSH inductions, and promote a positive safety culture across project sites.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identify root causes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor WSH performance and support internal, external and regulatory audits and inspections.
• Maintain safety records, reports and statutory documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Provide WSH advice to management and site personnel and recommend improvements to safety practices.
