Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a qualified WSH Officer to implement and monitor the project WSH Management System, ensuring compliance with MOM, the WSH Act and site safety requirements.

You will conduct regular site inspections and safety audits, review RA/SWP/Method Statements, and coordinate safety across main contractors and subcontractors while promoting a strong safety culture through briefings and inductions.

Qualifications

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM and a valid registration.
• 3–5 years of Singapore construction experience.
• Experience in high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting, structural works, work at height, and M&E works.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project WSH Management System; ensure MOM and WSH Act compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Review RA, SWP, and Method Statements for construction activities; monitor high-risk works.
• Coordinate WSH requirements among main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and specialists.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions and track closure.
