Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator for construction projects. The role focuses on implementing the WSH Act, EHS management systems, and daily inspections of machinery, equipment, and worksites.

You will identify hazards, prepare reports and risk assessments, and ensure compliance by workers and sub-contractors. The position requires relevant WSH certificates and at least two years of construction experience.

Competenze

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid refresher.
• WAH assessor certificate required.
• Risk management course completed.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project exposure.

Mansioni

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, safe work procedures and permit to works submissions per Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System and applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
• Participate in internal/external audits.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents and near misses.
• Conduct WSH and related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
