Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator for construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure site activities comply with the WSH Act and support the company’s EHS management system.

Responsibilities include daily WSH inspections, hazard identification and controls, monthly risk assessments and reports, and audits/training support. Requires at least 2 years in construction, WSH certificates, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project exposure.
• Must hold WSH qualifications and refresher certificates.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, and permits to works submission.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS management system & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
• Participate and facilitate internal/external audits.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
