Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Workplace Manager to lead the workplace team across client sites, delivering exceptional facilities services and a proactive HX program. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage operations, and drive digital and innovative approaches to enhance the workplace experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in FM delivery, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of workplace (FM) delivery experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
• MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace team to deliver soft and hard services with a focus on safety, compliance, and experience.
• Develop and implement the HX roadmaps across the campus to uplift workplace experience.
• Engage with clients, manage space data analytics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop the campus team to meet KPIs and foster collaboration.
