Qualifications

• Degree in HRM/psychology/sociology or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of consulting/change management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in HR consulting or HR function processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather/analyze information, formulate/test hypotheses.
• Discuss with Project Manager to develop client recommendations.
• Implement recommendations with project/client teams.
• Support clients to deliver organizational/change initiatives.
• Assist in client workshops.
• Assist in budgets, billing, and collections.
