Job summary

ITCAN Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to design and implement payroll integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces and data conversions. You will work with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday Payroll settings to align with their processes.

Responsibilities include developing technical specs, creating test plans, performing UAT, troubleshooting issues, and training client teams.

Qualifications

Workday HCM and Payroll certification preferred.
Proven experience with Workday Payroll integration projects.
Knowledge of HR/payroll compliance and regulations.
Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
Experience with SOAP/REST, XML and XSLT.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand payroll processes.
Design and implement Workday Payroll integrations, including interfaces and data conversions.
Configure Workday Payroll settings to align with client needs.
Develop integration documentation, design specs and test plans.
Perform unit, system and UAT testing for payroll interfaces.
Troubleshoot integration issues with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Provide ongoing maintenance and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated on Workday releases and incorporate new features.
