Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst/Consultant to support ongoing build, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday integrations. You will partner with IT stakeholders to assess requests, drive testing cycles through to production deployment and ensure smooth integration delivery.

You will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services, translating requirements into technical specs, performing testing, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio or similar.
• Strong knowledge of web services standards: SOAP, REST, XML.
• Experience troubleshooting integration errors and data mapping issues.
• Ability to write clear technical specifications and test scripts.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams.
• Experience in large, complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze integration requests requiring Workday integrations built using EIB, Core Connectors, or Studio.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and configuration/code changes.
• Manage requests through full lifecycle: intake, assessment, build, testing, and deployment.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, and support end-to-end and UAT cycles for integration changes.
• Maintain integration documentation including data mappings and error-handling logic.
• Coordinate with functional teams (HCM, Financials) and external system owners on integration dependencies.
• Track and report on request status, and resolution progress.
