Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking an HRIS Implementation professional to independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system design guidance, module configuration, data migration, client demos, training, and comprehensive documentation. Certification and strong communication are valued as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.

• Gather business requirements and design HRIS solutions with client SMEs.
• Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
• Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Deliver end-user training on different modules and prepare training materials.
• Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support within agreed SLAs.
• Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
