Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. seeks a Workday Integrations Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and enterprise applications in Singapore.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions and ensure reliable data exchange. You will work across the integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and production support, utilizing Workday Studio, EIB and REST/SOAP web services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, systems integration or Workday integration support.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting Workday integrations.
• Good understanding of Workday integration architecture and integration patterns.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, maintain and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
• The successful candidate will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, application teams and technical teams to understand integration requirements, develop scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and internal/external systems.
• The role will be involved across the integration development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure and maintain Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Integration tools and technologies.
• Work with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors and related integration frameworks, where applicable.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces between Workday and downstream/upstream systems.
• Perform integration mapping, transformation and data validation to ensure accurate data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues and production incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Monitor scheduled integrations and ensure timely resolution of integration errors.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and deployment activities.
• Work with business users and functional teams to understand requirements and resolve integration-related issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and application teams on integration requirements and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, integration design documents, mapping documents and support procedures.
• Perform impact analysis for Workday releases, enhancements and changes affecting existing integrations.
• Support Workday release management, testing and remediation activities.
• Participate in integration deployment, production support and post-implementation activities.
• Follow established development, security, change management and application support standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability and automation.
• Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to other team members as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, systems integration or Workday integration support.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting Workday integrations.
• Good understanding of Workday integration architecture and integration patterns.

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Workday Core Connectors
• Workday Web Services
• REST / SOAP APIs
• XML / JSON

Other Experience:

• Experience with data mapping, transformation and validation.
• Strong understanding of application integration and data exchange concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting integration failures and production issues.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and deployment.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software/application development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with functional, technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday integration certification is an advantage.
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, finance, identity management or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL/database concepts.
• Experience with middleware or enterprise integration platforms is an advantage.
• Experience supporting Workday production environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors.
