Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, work with clients to design solutions, and mentor junior team members.

You will manage complex engagements, oversee testing cycles, ensure quality sign-offs, and share best practices to drive project success and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
