Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks a seasoned HRIS lead to drive end-to-end Workday Core HCM module delivery. You will manage complex client engagements, guide requirements workshops, and design scalable HRIS solutions while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring best practices are followed.

You will oversee SIT/UAT, optimize configurations, and educate clients on improvements aligned with strategic goals, handling risk and stakeholder expectations with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert.
• Manages complex client engagements and day-to-day client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• May informally lead small project teams.
• Leads requirements workshops and designs functional solutions for complex scenarios.
• Configures HRIS modules according to best practices and optimization goals.
• Oversees SIT and UAT cycles and ensures quality signoffs on deliverables.
• Reviews junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Guides and mentors Associate and Junior Consultants.
• Documents and shares module best practices and lessons learned.
• Designs scalable, integrated solution architectures.
• Guides clients through ambiguity and change; educates clients and proposes improvements aligned with goals.
