Job summary

SingHealth's Breast Cervical Screen Singapore (BSS/CSS) Management Unit is seeking an administrator to support the national women’s screening programme in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for information and appointments, ensuring timely and caring service.

You will generate letters, manage follow-ups, handle bookings, and coordinate data across systems. The role also includes outreach support, vendor liaison, and daily operational tasks to keep the programme running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE N-Level/equivalent with ≥6 years’ relevant experience.
• Prior customer service experience in healthcare or call centre is advantageous.
• Pleasant disposition with good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work occasional weekends/evenings and to travel to SingHealth facilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate letters and notifications, including rescreen and follow-up letters, and dispatch via courier or SingPost.
• Follow up on voicemails and calls; verify and update client records; reprint letters on request.
• Coordinate appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling; liaise with National Cancer Centre Singapore when needed.
• Collate data across programme systems and prepare monthly statistics reports.
• Assist with education and outreach events (talks, booth exhibitions, roadshows) and liaise with public organisations.
• Monitor office inventory, liaise with vendors for supplies, and coordinate with courier/SingPost for postal operations.
• Ensure proper operation and upkeep of office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs.
