Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Windows/Datacenter Administrator to provide 24x7 on-call support for Wintel and Microsoft 365 across multi-site environments. You will serve as the L3 escalation point, perform RCAs, and implement preventive actions. The role covers AD forests, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, SCCM, VMware vCenter, Citrix ADC/Apps, and M365 Defender management.

Experience with PowerShell automation and robust documentation is required to drive operational efficiency and security/compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022/2025).
• Strong hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Strong hands-on experience in VMware vCenter Server and ESXi Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in VMware HA, DRS, vMotion and Cluster Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Citrix ADC and Citrix Virtual Apps Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 Administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Defender, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for Wintel infrastructure and Microsoft 365 across multiple sites.
• Act as Level 3 escalation point for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions for major incidents.
• Administer Active Directory Forests with multiple domains and sub-domains.
• Troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy issues.
• Design, implement and maintain SCCM environments.
• Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere/vCenter infrastructure including HA/DRS/vMotion.
• Perform VMware lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, migrations and DR activities.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Defender, email security, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configurations.
• Configure, administer and troubleshoot Citrix ADC and Citrix Virtual Apps.
• Administer endpoint security solutions and data protection policies.
• Manage PKI, certificate lifecycle, GPOs for security/compliance.
• Create and maintain PowerShell automation scripts and operational docs.
