Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist on a 1 year renewable contract to manage endpoint readiness and security across Windows Server environments.

You will administer BigFix, SCCM, Citrix VDI, Nexthink, and cloud services (AWS/Azure), implement IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, support CI/CD with Git, and collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable IT operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy, workplace management, PC imaging, patch management, and software distribution
• Experience with HCL BigFix, Microsoft SCCM, Citrix VDI, Nexthink, or similar workplace management tools
• Strong knowledge of PC imaging, application packaging/deployment, patch management, and software distribution
• Good knowledge of AWS and/or Azure architecture, networking, security, and cloud services
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, CI/CD, and Git
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, Shell, or similar languages

Responsibilities

• Manage PC imaging, operating systems, applications, drivers, updates, patches, and software deployment to ensure endpoint readiness and security
• Administer workplace management tools such as HCL BigFix, Microsoft SCCM, Citrix VDI, and Nexthink to maintain operational efficiency
• Perform testing and troubleshoot endpoint and workplace changes to minimize disruptions
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure to support business applications
• Manage cloud services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions to ensure high availability and security
• Support cloud applications, networking, connectivity, backup, and disaster recovery to maintain business continuity
• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell to maintain Windows infrastructure stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, cloud, application, and connectivity issues to provide timely technical support
• Develop automation scripts and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation to improve operational efficiency
• Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git to streamline deployment processes
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reports to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on solution design and implementation to meet business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned to support IT operations and projects
