• Create and update wine lists; design promotions.
• Monitor and replenish wine cellar inventory and equipment.
• Train staff including servers and bartenders on wine service.
• Follow all laws and company policies; maintain spill sheets and assets.
• Welcome guests and provide professional service with clear language.
