is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the end-to-end supply chain, drive off-trade sales strategy, and oversee financial and administrative oversight in a dynamic wine-focused business in Singapore. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic thinking and operational discipline, coordinating procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and cross-functional teams with marketing and education initiatives such as WSET courses.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics with budgeting/cost control.
• WSET Level 2 minimum; knowledge of French wine regions preferred.
• Strong organization, data-driven mindset, and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full supply chain including procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore import/export regulations and customs.
• Develop off-trade sales strategies and key account relationships.
• Lead pricing, cost monitoring and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and education teams on campaigns and wine classes.
