CHATEAU D'LUXE (S) PTE. LTD. SPSG is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to manage operations, drive sales, and curate an exceptional wine program in Singapore. You will lead kitchen and service teams, train staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth operational flow.

The role emphasizes deep wine knowledge, staff development, and VIP guest relations, with opportunities for growth and professional wine education in a premium dining setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of wine; WSET certification preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of Singapore food and beverage market.
• Certification in Korean or Western cuisine, or at least 5 years of kitchen work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including sales tracking and financial oversight.
• Direct kitchen operations and provide food training to uphold culinary standards.
• Manage wine collection and support purchasing decisions.
• Develop staff training programs and optimize scheduling.
• Ensure VIP guest relations and monitor service quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to drive customer engagement.
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen for seamless service delivery.
