Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore IT RUN Operations is seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to be the technical RUN expert for Cloud operations services (Windows). You will ensure production readiness, health, and stability of Windows-based infrastructure, working with architects and project teams on roadmaps and transformation initiatives.

The role covers Windows OS, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, and VMware environments, with emphasis on automation, incident management, and LEAN-CACIB best practices.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience managing Windows environments.
• Subject matter expert on Windows OS, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) is advantageous.
• Hands-on with Python, PowerShell and workflow integration tools.
• Knowledge of patching tools and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Manage RUN Operations Windows services and act as escalation point for production issues.
• Develop best practices and ensure team knowledge through training.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams on technology roadmaps and projects.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement improvements to increase service availability.
