Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking an Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join Group Technology. You will monitor Windows Server environments, Citrix and NetScaler operations, and drive patch management while advancing automation via PowerShell.

You will contribute to lifecycle migrations, high availability, and security hardening. Collaboration with global teams and stakeholders is expected to ensure reliable banking IT services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows, Citrix, and Netscaler in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS hardening, AD, clustering, and system services.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor environment health and resolve Tier 2/3 user tickets.
• Manage Windows Server, Citrix, and Netscaler configurations and upgrades.
• Perform patch management and OS updates for VDI fleets.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell.
• Support architecture changes and participate in audits.
