Job summary

KLA is seeking a software-focused deployment expert to design, implement, and maintain Windows OS image deployment solutions for cutting-edge semiconductor platforms in Singapore. You will drive automation, diagnostics, and system management tools to improve reliability across global engineering teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of OS deployment, scripting in PowerShell and Python/Bash, and collaboration with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, scalable

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer architecture, hardware subsystems, operating systems, networking, and system-level performance characteristics.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and at least one scripting or programming language such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with Windows OS deployment, customization, troubleshooting, automation, and hardware/software integration.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problems and drive projects from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customized Windows OS images and deployment solutions for KLA platforms.
• Develop and support PowerShell-based automation, diagnostics, and system management tools to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
• Drive validation, testing, and root cause analysis activities to ensure robust, maintainable, and supportable solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, manufacturing, and system integration teams to resolve complex system-level issues and improve product readiness.
• Author technical documentation, participate in architecture and design reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices and mentoring.
